My passion for fitness stems from my own drastic weight loss journey, where I lost 26 kilos naturally. Now, I continue to share my knowledge and positivity to help others on their paths. A key part of my morning routine is a non-negotiable 5km run, 365 days a year—it’s what makes my life brighter.
